At just 32 years of age Chris Rolls has had a remarkable career in business over the last 10 years. He started his first business, a corporate sports clothing company specializing in the manufacturing of performance wear at the age of 24 and has since gone on to establish a number of successful franchised businesses including First Class Accounts, a nationwide bookkeeping franchise now with over 200 employees and Mr Globologist, a mobile franchised lighting retailer based on the Gold Coast.

Chris entered the real estate industry in 2001 in partnership with Steve Sleswick and started a real estate agency from scratch under the Harcourts franchise group now a 90 strong office group in Queensland.

In 2004 Chris became a licensed auctioneer and has rapidly become one of Queensland’s most sought after auctioneers. In 2004 having called just 5 auctions Chris won the inaugural Harcourts Australia Auctioneer of the Year competition, and in 2005 in his first attempt, Chris won the Real Estate Institute of Queensland Auctioneer of the Year award. In 2006 Chris represented Queensland at Australasian Auctioneer of the Year Competition, narrowly missing out on reaching finals, ranking him as one of the best Real Estate Auctioneers in Australia and New Zealand.

Chris set up the property managment division of the real estate agency in 2002 seeing an immense opportunity to capitalise on a segment of the real estate market that had little focus and little consolidation across the industry. He is now the managing director under the Rental Express banner and is responsible for the general management of the organisation
