Anyway, back to my story, the point is this…a couple of years ago the ridiculous reality about the real estate industry hit me between the eyes. There are 9000 real estate agencies in Australia and just about all of them spend all their time fighting over who gets to sell which properties. The rental businesses they run are the most neglected, poorly run, overlooked businesses you’ve ever seen.
