The suburb of Morayfield is located within Caboolture, about 40 kilometres north of Brisbane's CBD.

Morayfield is the shire's main retail and commercial hub that was once farmland and sugar cane fields ensuring that many of the suburb's homes - which are usually about 10 to 15 years old - have acreages.

Caboolture is an established area boasting many private and government services including schools, a public and private hospital and health centre, police, retirement home and even a historical museum.

While the suburb has a wide variety of established housing ranging from older weatherboard homes on timber stumps to newer brick houses, more recent house and land packages developments are also proving popular with young families.
